Senator John McCain offered his endorsement of Republican Presidential candidate George W. Bush yesterday. McCain, who bowed out of the presidential race in March, also said he was not interested in being Bush's running mate. When a reporter at the Pittsburgh press conference asked if the endorsement was comparable to taking medicine now instead of later, McCain smiled and said, "I think your 'take the medicine now' is probably a good description."
