Melissa Rivers, E! Channel cohost (usually with her mom, comic Joan Rivers), and her husband, horse trainer John Endicott, are expecting their first child, reports the new issue of PEOPLE, which also reports that the stork will pay a first visit to Christa Miller, 36, of "The Drew Carey Show," and her husband, Bill Lawrence, 31, a co-creator and former executive producer of "Spin City."
