Universal Pictures has filed a lawsuit against Mike Myers, claiming he's breached his contract on the film, "Dieter," based on a German Expressionist film buff character he created for "Saturday Night Live." The Hollywood Reporter says the problem apparently stems from the fact that Myers has script approval, and while Universal contends that he approved the script for the film (slated to begin shooting in August), Myers is claiming that he has not. He was to have been paid upwards of $20 million for doing the project.
