Rapper Black Rob -- whose real name is Robert Ross -- surrendered to authorities in New York, where he was charged on Tuesday with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (a felony), reports Billboard. The Bad Boy Entertainment artist was arrested on May 21 when police allegedly saw him pass a pistol to a passenger in his car after a fan had stopped Black Rob to ask for an autograph. Black Rob skipped his first court date, and is now being held without bail. His next appearance before a judge is slated for Aug. 29.
