Kirstie Alley Gets Moving

Kirstie Alley may be losing a sitcom, but she's gaining a house. Alley, whose "Veronica's Closet" was canceled by NBC this week (and whose four-year relationship with actor James Wilder recently ended), has purchased the 5,200-sq.-ft. Clearwater, Fla., oceanfront mansion of Lisa Marie Presley for $1.5 million, reports the Associated Press. The property stands just a few blocks from the headquarters of the controversial Church of Scientology, of which both Presley and Alley are members.
