Julia Wins Back Name

Julia Roberts, 32, won back her own name from a cybersquatter on Friday, the U.N. trademark agency World Intellectual Property Organization has announced. The star had filed a lawsuit against American entrepreneur Russell Boyd of Princeton, N.J., who had been the first to register juliaroberts.com as an Internet domain. The WIPO arbitration panel ruled that Roberts had common law trademark rights in the Julia Roberts name -- and that Boyd didn't.
