It's more than a case of sore feet for shoe designer Steve Madden, 43, who was arrested by New York Police on Tuesday and charged with multiple counts of securities fraud. He stands accused by authorities of conspiring to manipulate numerous IPOs, including that of his own company, as well as other offenses.
