Cher is being sued by construction worker Salvador Sampino, who claims he was harassed for being gay by co-managers for the principal contractor on her Malibu mansion. The lawsuit, filed Monday in Los Angeles, also alleges that illegal immigrants were used for the remodeling project. Sampino seeks unspecified damages from Cher and the contractor. Cher has yet to respond to the suit.
