"The Price Is Right" host Bob Barker, is off the hook, reports the Associated Press. A Los Angeles judge ruled yesterday that there is not enough evidence to warrant moving ahead on a discrimination lawsuit filed against him and the show's producers by Holly Hallstrom, who claimed she was unjustly fired -- for gaining too much weight -- after appearing with Barker on "Price" for 19 years. The judge ruled that the weight gain hadn't impaired her. Similarly, he dismissed her age and sex discrimination claims, citing the show's subsequent employment of a model 10 years older than Hallstrom and the fact that all of the show's models happen to be women.
