'Gilligan's Island' Family Feud

Two writers of "Gilligan's Island" have won their day in a Los Angeles court to argue that they are owed royalties for their work on the '60s show. Elroy Schwartz, the brother of series producer Sherwood Schwartz, and Austin Kalish claim they are owed millions for contributing to the pilot episode of the classic TV series. Attorneys for Sherwood Schwartz tried to argue that the case had no merit. No word yet on a trial date.
