Linda Hoffman-Pugh, a housekeeper for John and Patsy Ramsey is said to be interested in writing a book about her time with the family before the 1996 death of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey. But first she needs permission from a Colorado court to allow her to reveal the content of her grand jury testimony, reports the Associated Press. By law, grand jury witnesses in Colorado are not allowed to discuss their testimonies in the absence of a report or indictment. Hoffman-Pugh filed a lawsuit in federal court on Thursday which argues that her right to free speech is being violated.
