Noel Gallagher, Wife Split

Oasis star Noel Gallagher and his wife, Meg Mathews, are separating after three years of marriage, a spokeswoman for the guitarist said yesterday. They have one daughter, Anais, who is 8 months old. The couple, which has no plans to divorce, "simply drifted apart over the last year or so," said the rep. This marital split follows the July announcement that Noel's younger brother and bandmate, Liam Gallagher, separated from his wife, actress Patsy Kensit.
