O.J. Loses Legal Bid

A Los Angeles judge yesterday nixed O.J. Simpson's bid to block an upcoming CBS miniseries about his sensational murder trial, "American Tragedy," based on a book by Lawrence Schiller. The former gridiron star claimed that the series would bare confidential information. But the Associated Press reports that L.A. Superior Court Judge David Yaffe said that Simpson failed to prove that the show would do him harm.
