'Xena' To Lay Down Sword
After six seasons, "Xena: Warrior Princess" is ceasing production, its producers have announced. Declining viewership is being blamed. First-run episodes will continue to air through the summer of 2001, says the Hollywood Reporter, while Lucy Lawless will no doubt have her say this week. Today she is scheduled to chat with Rosie O'Donnell, and tomorrow she is set to cohost "Live!" with Regis Philbin and then go on to talk to Conan O'Brien.
