ODB Held Without Bail
Wu-Tang Clan rapper ODB, 31, was ordered held without bail at his arraignment in Philadelphia yesterday, pending a Dec. 8 extradition. The musician was arrested Monday night at a McDonald's when two Philly cops recognized him, said police. In California, he is accused of fleeing a court-ordered drug rehabilitation center and missing an Oct. 17 court hearing. "The government is trying to kill me," the rapper, who was born Russell Jones, said yesterday though his lawyer. As for his apprehension, ODB was spotted by the cops because "they are fans of his music, and they knew from media coverage that he's wanted," Det. Frank Wallace told New York's Daily News.
