Mary Tyler Moore, 64, is being sued by a landscaper who was discharged from his duties at her 123-acre New York estate, reports the Associated Press. Anibal Garcia, 38, claims he lost his job because he complained about a co-worker's racist remarks. Although Moore and her husband, Manhattan cardiologist Dr. Robert Levine, did not directly fire Garcia, he claims in his suit that they failed to act upon his complaints or dismissal. Moore's attorney, Lance Valdez, told AP that the suit is "an absolutely frivolous claim."
