Tabloid photographer Wendall Wall, 28, a Malibu resident who was jailed last January for allegedly stalking Barbra Streisand and husband James Brolin, has sued the couple and the sheriff's department for an unspecified amount, according to the Associated Press. The photographer is suing the parties because he was arrested without probable cause and falsely imprisoned on $1 million bail. (He was released four days later, after prosecutors said there was not sufficient evidence to charge him with stalking, and the Brolins did not want to prosecute.) "We never requested his incarceration," Streisand and Brolin said in a statement released yesterday.
