Skakels Split Up

Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel, 40, and his wife of nine years, Margot, are divorcing, according to reports. Skakel has been in the headlines since he was charged earlier this year with the 1975 bludgeoning death of his Greenwich, Conn., neighbor, teenager Martha Moxley. Margot Skakel separated from her husband a few days Skakel's criminal case hearing on Oct. 20, his attorney has confirmed. At the moment, a judge is considering whether Skakel should be tried as a juvenile or an adult in the long-ago slaying.
