Republican vice presidential candidate Dick Cheney is reported to be "calm and comfortable" Wednesday morning, after having been checked into Washington's George Washington Hospital in the early morning of the day after having complained of chest pains, according to reports. No diagnosis has been reported. The health condition of George W. Bush's running mate was an issue throughout this year's election campaign, given the former secretary of defense's history of heart problems.
