Oscar Thief Strikes Again?

Former Roadway Express driver Lawrence Ledent, 38, who plead no contest to helping to steal 55 Oscars earlier this year, was supposed to show up at a California prison yesterday to begin serving a six-month jail for the act. But he couldn't -- because, says the Hollywood Reporter, he was ALREADY in jail. The paper says that Ledent was arrested Friday by cops in Fullerton, Calif., for allegedly stealing 100 wooden pallets -- valued at $7 each -- from a warehouse where he worked as a truck driver. Bail was set at $25,000.
