Estee Lauder model Elizabeth Hurley, 35, announced this morning that she has been fined $100,000 by the Screen Actors Guild for her role in filming a perfume commercial during this year's prolonged Hollywood strike against the advertising industry. "Although I am deeply disappointed that the Trial Board disregarded the evidence showing that I never received notice of the strike, I will abide by their decision," Hurley said in a statement. She also apologized but took note that golfer Tiger Woods was fined only $50,000 after he shot a Buick commercial during the strike. Woods, however, will be penalized an additional $50,000 should he again break union rules, says SAG.
