Country singer Tim McGraw had an emergency appendectomy Thursday night and had to be rushed to Nashville's Baptist Hospital by his wife, singer Faith Hill, say reports. He plans on recovering at home over the holidays. The star, 34, had just completed the last leg of his current "Soul 2 Soul Tour 2000" tour. His next scheduled performance is at the American Music Awards on Jan. 8.
