Oscar De La Hoya's former fiancee, actress Shanna Moakler ("The Wedding Singer"), has filed a $62.5 million palimony lawsuit against him, claiming in her court papers that the boxer used her and their 18-month-old daughter to promote his image as a family man. She also claims that she learned that their nearly two-year engagement was over when she saw him escorting another woman to the Latin Grammys in September. De La Hoya's attorney told the Associated Press that his client is financially responsible for the child and that he expects the lawsuit to be dismissed.
