Prince Charles, 52, has an arm in a sling after having fallen off his horse and breaking a bone in his left shoulder, St. James's Palace announced this weekend. He is not wearing a cast and is not in any pain, the palace added. The incident occurred while the monarch was participating in a foxhunt in western England and his horse suddenly surprised him and threw him to the ground. "He's fine . . . it's just inconvenient," said a spokesperson.
