Actor Renfro Sentenced

A Fort Lauderdale judge has sentenced actor Brad Renfro, 18, to two years' probation and ordered him to pay more than $4,000 for repairs on a yacht he tried to steal during an early morning incident in August, say news reports. Renfro played the street-smart kid who gets into hot water with both the Feds and the Mob for knowing too much in the 1994 film "The Client," which also starred Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones.
