ODB's Legal Woes: Update

Wu Tang-Clan rapper ODB (real name: Russell Tyrone Jones), who was arrested Nov. 27 in Philadelphia on warrants from New York and California and is being held without bail, yesterday waived extradition to New York City during a hearing, according to a spokeswoman in the Philadelphia district attorney's office. He is wanted on drug-related charges in New York. In Los Angeles, Jones stands accused of escaping from a court-ordered drug rehab program (part of his plea-bargain at a trial for making a terrorist threat) and neglecting to show up for a legal hearing.
