Eric Franklin Rosser, a former keyboardist in rock singer John Mellencamp's band (for the 1980 album "Nothin' Matters & What If It Did"), is expected to be placed on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List by U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno today, reports Reuters. In March, Rosser, indicted by a federal grand jury on six felony counts of producing and distributing child pornography, pleaded not guilty to three felony counts of sexual exploitation of children and three felony counts of sexual exploitation of minors, according to court documents. Recently, Rossner was reported to be on the lam in Thailand, where he is facing similar charges, according to Singapore's Straits Times. A spokesman for Hoffman Entertainment, which represents Mellencamp, was not available for comment when contacted by Reuters.
