PEOPLE en Espanol's Sexiest Man Alive, Enrique Iglesias, 25, has been sued by his former manager in a Florida court, reports Variety. Fernan Martinez, who claims to have managed the Latin pop star's singing career from its inception, is charging Iglesias with breach of contract and other claims stemming from an alleged nonpayment of commissions and a $40 million contract that Iglesias reportedly signed with Universal. Representatives for Martinez told the trade paper that the manager and Iglesias ended their professional relationship last March. An attorney for the music star, Zia Modabber, responded to the charges by saying, "Mr. Martinez is not entitled to the monies he is claiming from Mr. Iglesias . . . The claims are meritless, and Enrique will vigorously defend himself in court."
