Chuck Norris, 60, has won again. The action star, currently in his last season (after eight years) on CBS's "Walker: Texas Ranger," saw a $5,000 lawsuit against him dismissed in an Illinois courtroom on Tuesday. Plaintiff Bill Cavenagh of Marengo, Ill., who says he looks like Norris, had claimed in his legal action that the real Norris killed his acting career, simply by looking like Cavenagh. According to the Associated Press, Cavenagh's previous acting experience included a 1997 commercial for a Beloit, Wis., auto dealership. In it, Cavenagh appeared as a karate-kicking ranger in a cowboy hat who was looking for a good deal on a new car.
