Bad news: Noted groundhog Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow at 7:20 this morning in his Pennsylvania town. In fact, there was snow on the ground. According to the Casino site Intertops.com, he was predicted to see that darned shadow. The odds stood at 2 to 9. Since 1887, the groundhog has seen his shadow 90% of the time.
