Bad news: Noted groundhog Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow at 7:20 this morning in his Pennsylvania town. In fact, there was snow on the ground. This means, if the legend is true, that winter is due to be around for another six weeks. Phil sure didn't beat the odds.
