Maggie Carr, described as an exotic dancer, filed a lawsuit in Santa Monica Superior Court last week, charging that Sylvester Stallone, 54, ripped off her clothes and "attempted to forcibly have sexual intercourse" with her at a gym last year, reports the Associated Press. She is seeking unspecified damages. "My client completely denies the claim," Stallone's attorney, Martin Singer, told the AP. "It's unfortunate in America that anyone can make up claims and file a lawsuit." Calls placed by AP to Carr's attorney were not returned. As for Stallone, who is married to Jennifer Flavin, Singer said that the lawsuit is "very upsetting to him."
