DMX Out of Jail

Rapper DMX (real name: Earl Simmons) left the Erie County Correctional Facility Friday after an 11-day visit, though his legal troubles are said to be far from over. The AP notes that he is to return to New York on Wednesday to address a contempt charge stemming from his failure to show up on time to begin his jail term (which itself stemmed from speeding and marijuana possession convictions). He also faces an assault charge for allegedly throwing a food tray at two guards while behind bars.
