In a Nashville court, singer Kenny Rogers, 62, has sued Ken Kragen, his manager of 33 years (until Rogers fired him two months ago), claiming that Kragen had been disloyal and lured away a new teen trio, 3 of Hearts, as well as other acts, from Rogers's management company, reports the Associated Press. Kragen was fired by Rogers two months ago. Rogers's lawsuit seeks unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, as well as "any and all profits Kragen received through his wrongful conduct." Kragen, whose clients past and present include Trisha Yearwood, Travis Tritt, Lionel Richie and Olivia Newton-John, did not return calls to the AP.
