'Gumby' Actress Dies
Norma MacMillan, 79, who provided voices on "The Gumby Show" – including that of Goo --- and on other animated TV series, died of a heart attack on Friday. During her four-decade career, MacMillan also mouthed off on behalf of Sweet Polly Purebread on "Underdog" and Kokette in the "Mean Moe" series. Her actor children survive her: Alison Arngrim, who played Nellie Oleson on "Little House on the Prairie," and Stefan Arngrim, who played Barry Lockridge on "Land of the Giants."
