'ER' Doc Delivers

Actress Alex Kingston, who plays Dr. Elizabeth Corday on the NBC medical drama "ER", and her husband of two years, freelance journalist Florian Haertel, welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday in Los Angeles, publicist Marcel Pariseau told the Associated Press. Mother and daughter are "healthy and happy," said the rep. Kingston's pregnancy was written into the "ER" storyline: Corday and boyfriend Dr. Mark Greene (Anthony Edwards) are expecting a baby.
