Singer JAMES TAYLOR, 53, and his wife, Boston Symphony Orchestra publicist CAROLINE "KIM" SMEDVIG TAYLOR, 46, became parents of twin boys last week when an unnamed surrogate mother gave birth, according to a spokesman for Taylor. The boys, who are the couple's biological children, will be called Taylor Twin No. 1 and Taylor Twin No. 2 until the parents name them . . . R&B singer GINUWINE (whose real name is Elgin Lumpkin), 25, and his rapper girlfriend, SOLE, about 26, welcomed a baby girl last week, said a publicist for the couple. The child, named Story, is their first together. Each has a youngster from a previous relationship.
