Jane Fonda, 63, filed for divorce from CNN founder Ted Turner, 62, on Monday in Fulton County (Ga.) Superior Court, reports the Associated Press. (Turner is vice chairman of AOL Time Warner, which owns PEOPLE.) The former actress' petition says that the marriage is "irretrievably broken" and there is "no hope of reconciliation," said to be standard language under Georgia's divorce laws. The division of assets have already been agreed upon, the documents say. Her lawyer called the entire matter "confidential."
