David Warren "Skippy" Malloy, 30, a former assistant to actor David Spade, pleaded guilty in a Beverly Hills courtroom on Thursday to attacking the "Just Shoot Me" star with a stun gun last November. Malloy was ordered to serve five years probation and do 480 hours of community service and to stay away from Spade, 36. Shortly after the attack, the comic referred to Malloy as a good friend of five years who was "obviously mentally troubled."
