Berry Lawsuit Settled

Hetal Raythatha, who sued actress Halle Berry over an auto accident that took place in February of last year, has agreed to settle the case out of court, a ttorneys said. Berry, 32, was sued for negligence after her car collided with Raythatha's at an L.A. intersection. Both women were injured. The suit claimed that Berry, who left the accident scene, was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, allegations the actress has denied. Lawyers declined to discuss details of the settlement.
