L.A., 'Frisco: Traffic Jams

Los Angeles has once again won the dubious distinction of having the worst rush-hour traffic in the U.S., according to a Surface Transportation Policy Project analysis released Monday. The City by the Bay ranked second when it comes to traffic snarls. "The places where commuters suffer the most are the ones with the fewest transportation choices," Roy Kienitz, executive director of the transportation policy organization, told Reuters.
