Anna Nicole Sued
Two accountants for Anna Nicole Smith's late oil tycoon husband are seeking more than $1 million from the former Playboy playmate, claiming she frivolously sued them in her aborted attempt to win part of the late J. Howard Marshall's estate. Attorneys for accountants Finley Hilliard and Ken Farrar filed the motion in Houston probate court late last week. Their motion did not specify an amount, but it asked for triple their attorneys' fees, an amount said to exceed $1 million.
