Two accountants for Anna Nicole Smith's late oil tycoon husband are seeking more than $1 million from the former Playboy playmate, claiming she frivolously sued them in her aborted attempt to win part of the late J. Their motion did not specify an amount, but it asked for triple their attorneys' fees, an amount said to exceed $1 million.
