Jason Miller, the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright (1973's "That Championship Season") and actor (1973's "The Exorcist"), 62, died Sunday of a heart attack. In that megahit horror movie, Miller played Father Damien Karras, a Catholic priest whose faith was put to the ultimate test. At the time of his death he was preparing to play Oscar Madison (the sloppy one) in Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple" at the Scranton, Penn., Public Theater, where he was artistic director.
