Guys Take Sex and the City
It was hardly chicks-only at Wednesday's Manhattan party to launch the fourth season of HBO's Sex and the City, reports PEOPLE. Guy sightings included Alec Baldwin, Macaulay Culkin, Russell Simmons, Donald Trump, Bryant Gumbel, Kelsey Grammer and a whole gaggle of macho men from The Sopranos, including hot young Jason Cerbone. The series' stars, Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie), Kim Cattrall (Samantha), Kristin Davis (Charlotte) and Cynthia Nixon (Miranda), were very much in evidence, too. Parker, wearing a black Vivienne Westwood dress, told PEOPLE about the new episodes: "Just expect very unexpected things to happen this season, I am really excited." Nixon said to look for things to flow with her and on-again off-again bartending beau on the show, Steven (David Eigenberg). "Steven and Miranda push each other's buttons," she said, "but they push each other to be doing things they should be doing." Meanwhile, heartthrob Chris Noth, who occasionally appears on Sex as the character Mr. Big, is Vietnam-bound this summer "for the landmine campaign," he told PEOPLE. He also revealed that he has a bone to pick with us. "PEOPLE magazine always gets my age wrong," he said. For the record, he says he's 41.
