This November, Broadway is due for an all-star revival of the 1936 Clare Booth Luce play, "The Woman" -- a classic comedy bitch-a-thon best known for its campy, all-star 1939 MGM version. Among those in the new cast will be "Sex and the City" star Cynthia Nixon, 35, and Kristen Johnson, 33, who just finished a five-year-stint on the NBC sitcom, "Third Rock from the Sun." They will play, respectively, the virtuous Mary Haines (Norma Shearer in the movie) and the backbiting Sylvia Fowler (Rosalind Russell). Rue McClanahan, 66, best known for her role as Blanche on "The Golden Girls," is also due to appear in the Roundabout Theater's production, as the worldly but otherwise unwise Countess De Lage. Jennifer Tilly, 39, will play the man-hungry Crystal (the Joan Crawford role). Playwright Luce, the wife of Henry Luce, the founder of Time Inc. (which still publishes PEOPLE), died at the age of 84 in 1987. She was also America's first female Ambassador, when President Eisenhower appointed her to Italy in 1952.
