Talk show host Ricki Lake, 32, and her husband, Rob Sussman, age unreported, welcomed their second child on Monday. The boy, Owen Tyler Sussman, weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces. The water birth took place in the family's bathtub in New York with a nurse-midwife in attendance, said Lake's publicist. "I wanted to 'give birth' as opposed to 'being delivered,' " Lake said in a statement, "and the best way for me to do that was at home with the guidance of a professional midwife." The Sussmans also have another son, Milo Sebastian, born in 1997.
