Oops! Barrymore, Green Do It Again
"Charlie's Angels" star and co-producer Drew Barrymore, 26, and her ongoing fiancé, offbeat comic Tom Green, 29, were finally married in a private ceremony in Malibu last Saturday, says her publicist. "It was a more formal ceremony, something they wanted to do for close friends and family," said Eddie Michaels. "It was a beautiful, low-key event. They wanted to keep everything as private as possible." It was Green's first marriage and Barrymore's second. In 1994 she was briefly wed to British bar owner Jeremy Thomas. At the weekend ceremony, "Angels" costars Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu were among those in attendance, as were Barrymore's long-estranged mother, Jaid (who once tried to sell her daughter's baby clothes on the Internet), and Green's parents, who had flown in from Ottawa, according to Variety. The couple first became engaged in July 2000, and then delighted in making fake wedding announcements. One ceremony was due to take place on "Saturday Night Live." It didn't.
