The godfather of the "Star Wars" franchise, George Lucas, 57, has announced the title of the fifth installment in the intergalactic fantasy series, to be released next summer. And that title is, "Star Wars: Episode II -- Attack of the Clones," according to the official "Star Wars" Web site. Ewan McGregor, 30, and Natalie Portman, 20, will star, and the action is meant to occur some 10 years after the events of "The Phantom Menace." In terms of continuity, that means that the "Clones" storyline will not only follow that of "The Phantom Menace," but also those of "Return of the Jedi," "The Empire Strikes Back" and the original 1977 "Star Wars." Anakin Skywalker is now an accomplished and mature Jedi apprentice of Obi-Wan Kenobi. The two are assigned to protect the leader of the planet Naboo, Padme Amidala, whose life is in grave danger. And may The Force be with them.
