"Blind Date" has nixed the "Survivor" winner as a guest after his recent legal problem, while Wynonna Judd is marrying her road manager, D.R. Roach.

SCRATCHED: "Survivor" winner Richard Hatch, 40, has been stood up by the syndicated TV show "Blind Date," which has nixed him as the first gay person to participate in the program after his latest legal trouble (involving an assault charge brought against him by a significant other). The "Blind Date" episode with Hatch had been planned for the November ratings sweeps . . . ENGAGED: Country star WYNONNA JUDD, 37, is marrying her road manager, D.R. Roach, age undisclosed, she has announced. "I know that we can make it through anything because we have been co-workers and friends for the last 10 years," said Judd. No wedding date reported. Also altar-bound: California Republican Rep. MARY BONO, 39, who took her late husband Sonny Bono's seat in Congress after his death in 1998, will marry Wyoming businessman Glenn Baxley, age undisclosed, probably in November, said her spokeswoman . . . AWARDED: In England, Harry Potter creator J.K. ROWLING, 36, has been given the Walpole Medal of Excellence for promoting British quality. "She is the best-known author in the country," said Walpole chairman Rupert Hambro. And in Nashville, country singer TRAVIS TRITT, 38, received the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall of Fame Award, which honors an entertainer for distinguished service to the nation, veterans and the armed forces . . . ARRESTED: Raymond E. Scott, 36, co-owner of the magazine that backed Monday's Source Hip Hop Music Awards in Miami, was taken into custody the day after the ceremony after a run-in with a police officer. Charges include reckless driving, battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana. Scott was released Wednesday on $32,500 bond . . . CROWNED: Marissa Whitley of Missouri, 18, was named Miss Teen USA on Wednesday night. The first runner-up was Miss New York, Gloria Almonte. The second runner-up was Miss Massachusetts, Marianne Zaslavsky.
