Don't look for 'N Sync at the "Michael Jackson: 30th Anniversary Celebration" on September 7. The boy band has bagged their appearance due to a scheduling conflict. " 'N Sync will not have time to rehearse the 'Dancing Machine' number with the Jacksons in the way Michael planned to present it," the show's producer, David Gest, said in a statement. "Michael looks forward to working with 'N Sync in the future, as he is a very big fan of the group." 'N Sync are slated to rehearse their MTV Video Music Awards performance on Wednesday and Thursday, simultaneous to Jackson's rehearsal for his two-night gig at New York's Madison Square Garden. Still, Jackson won't be alone on the stage. In addition to several stars who have already RSVPed (Britney Spears, Whitney Houston, Marlon Brando), 50 leading ladies of the silver screen have just been added to the roster, including Angie Dickinson, Janet Leigh and Patty Duke. And in other Jackson news, Michael's younger brother Randy, 39, has admitted that he committed bankruptcy fraud by failing to list a sport utility vehicle when filing his claim in 1996, authorities said. In an agreement filed Tuesday, Jackson pleaded guilty to one count of making a false statement, according to Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Sandra Klein. His next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 24, and he could be sentenced to a maximum of five years in prison. Prosecutors, however, are recommending that he receive probation and pay $21,100, the value of the SUV.
