With just days remaining until the Sept. 7 concert in Madison Square Garden that will celebrate Michael Jackson's 30 years as a solo performer -- a second concert is slated in the same venue for Sept. 10 -- 'N Sync is now back on the bill of fare, reports Launch.com. The Orlando-based boy band, along with stars ranging from Britney Spears to Marlon Brando, was originally scheduled to appear with the gloved one at the Garden when the concerts were first announced, but then it was announced that they had to withdraw, owing to a scheduling conflict that would have provided them too little time to rehearse. That apparently has been resolved. According to group member Joey Fatone, the band reworked its schedule and is now eager to perform "Dancing Machine" alongside Jackson. In other news of 'N Sync, Variety reports that Fatone and bandmate Lance Bass were among the celebrities on hand last week for the star-studded launch of the HBO miniseries "Band of Brothers," a $120 million World War II saga produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg. Others included Dennis Franz, David Schwimmer and Donnie Wahlberg, as well as presidential granddaughters Anne Roosevelt and Susan Eisenhower.
